CLCF Announces $526,158 in Community Investment Grants

Central Louisiana Community Foundation is proud to announce the distribution of $526,158 through its Governance Committee Community Investment Fund, a special grantmaking initiative designed to support organizations and projects that strengthen Central Louisiana.

The grants support a diverse range of community needs, including education, athletics, health initiatives, nonprofit capacity building, public media, and services for individuals and families.

“The Governance Committee Community Investment Fund allows us to make strategic investments in organizations and projects that are creating meaningful impact throughout our region,” said Emily McGruder, President & CEO of the Central Louisiana Community Foundation. “These grants reflect our commitment to supporting the people and organizations that are working every day to improve quality of life across Central Louisiana.”

Grant recipients include:

  • Alexandria Lions Club
  • The Extra Mile
  • Genesis of Eve
  • Louisiana Christian University Athletics
  • LSUA Generals Athletic Association
  • Menard High School
  • Red River Radio

The fund reflects CLCF’s commitment to investing in opportunities that strengthen communities, expand access to resources, and support long-term community well-being.
