Welcome to the Central Louisiana Community Foundation website. 

The Central Louisiana Community Foundation is a public charity that receives gifts from donors, prudently investing these endowment funds to be able to make grants for activities that improve the quality of life for citizens of the area.

Community Foundations were invented early in the 20th Century to keep charitable trusts working for communities after donors had passed away because:

• People want to put their dreams into action.
• People want convenience and flexibility.
• People want to make a difference.
• People want to know their gift will last forever, if they choose.

To connect people to priorities they care about and increase charitable giving in order to advance the quality of life for all in our community.

Areas We Serve:

The foundation is organized to serve philanthropic goals of the citizens from twelve Central Louisiana Parishes: Allen, Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Evangeline, Grant, LaSalle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, Winn.
